3.2 Property Availability: Property listings on Homehop.io do not constitute a legally binding offer. Sellers reserve the right to withdraw or amend listings at any time.
4. Transactions
4.1 Buyers and Sellers: Homehop.io facilitates communication between buyers and sellers but is not a party to property transactions. Buyers and sellers are responsible for their negotiations and agreements.
4.2 Fees: Homehop.io may charge fees for certain services, such as listing enhancements or advertising. Fees are subject to change, and users will be notified of any fee changes.
5. Content and Copyright
5.1 Ownership: Homehop.io and its content, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Yullux Group LTD and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
5.2 User-Generated Content: By uploading or posting content on the Platform, you grant Homehop.io a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
7. Termination
Homehop.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform for violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent or harmful activities.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
8.1 No Warranty: Homehop.io provides the Platform “as is” and does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or availability of listings or content. We disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
8.2 Limitation of Liability: Homehop.io shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transaction conducted through the Platform.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
10. Changes to Terms
Homehop.io may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Platform after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
